Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timelines

• Lahore — 1–2 business days
• Major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) — 2–4 business days
• Other cities — 3–5 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders over Rs. 2,500
• Standard delivery — Rs. 200

Order Tracking

We ship via TCS / Leopards Courier. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery in real time.

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

We Accept Returns When

• The product was damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened skincare products
• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Sale items and gift cards

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via bank transfer or your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Exchanges are available when the wrong item was delivered, the product is defective, or you received a damaged item. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Order Refusal by Skin Lime

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

• Product becomes unavailable
• Payment verification fails
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors occur

You will be notified immediately if such a cancellation occurs.

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. Skin Lime does not store credit or debit card details on its servers.

We collect only what we need to serve you: your name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, order history, and website browsing data — used to process and deliver orders, provide support, send order updates, improve your experience, and (only if you opt in) share promotional offers.
